This is a multi-professional platform for oncology education and exchange and for immense international visibility for scientific research.

Dr Gregory Wilson
Dr Gregory Wilson graduated in medicine from the University of Glasgow in 1988 and, after working as a junior doctor in the UK, spent four years in Australia, working firstly in general medicine and then at Advanced Trainee level in Medical and Radiation Oncology in Sydney. After returning to the UK, he completed specialist training in Medical Oncology at St James’s University Hospital in Leeds. He was appointed to the post of Consultant Medical Oncologist at The Christie in 2002.
Dr Wilson has a particular interest in complex metastatic breast and bowel cancer and the treatment of liver metastases and believes in personalised oncology care, where maintaining the patient’s lifestyle is paramount.
Dr Shaheenah Dawood
Dr. Shaheenah Dawood is a Consultant medical oncologist and associate professor in clinical oncology in the United Arab Emirates. She trained in medical oncology at McGill University Hospitals in Canada and subspecialised in breast cancer management at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
She currently leads the oncology clinical trials program at Mediclinic City Hospital Dubai. She also serves as president of the UAE Cancer Congress and is co president of the Asia pacific breast cancer summit (ABCS) and Asia pacific gastrointestinal cancer summit (APGCS). She has also recently launched the international BRCA forum and MENA immune-oncology summit.
Professor Robert Leonard
Professor Robert Leonard is a medical oncologist specialising in treating breast cancer, bowel cancer, lymphoma and sarcomas. He is Professor of Cancer Studies at Imperial College, Chief of Service for Medical Oncology and Lead Clinician for Cancer Services at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in London. His achievements to date have been substantial both in academic and clinical settings.
He led several breast cancer national & international trials. His laboratory group, the Human Cancer Studies Group, was supported by industry grants, cancer charities and the EU and developed biomarker profiling using fresh & fixed tissues providing DNA, RNA, protein for tissue & proteomic studies in serum from breast cancer patients.
Dr Andrey Meshcheryakov
Dr Andrey Meshcheryakov graduated in medicine from First Moscow Medical University in 1989. He started as a junior doctor at the N.N.Blokhin Cancer Research Center (NNBCRC) and completed his training in Medical Oncology at NNBCRC. His current position is a Head of Department of Chemotherapy and Combined Treatment at the NNBCRC. He has a particular interest in varieties of solid tumours e.g. breast and colorectal carcinomas, GIST and gestational trophoblastic disease. He also pays a special attention to resistant/refractory cancer cases and some laboratory research. Dr. Meshcheryakov is Co-Principal Investigator in a number of national and international clinical trials.
Dr Daniel J. Campos
Dr. Daniel J. Campos is the Head of the Oncology Service at the San Isidro Central Hospital, part of the Buenos Aires University School of Medicine U.N.B.A. He was President of the
Professionals Association & Deputy Secretary to the Direction at the prestigious academic “Institute of Oncology Angel H. Roffo (U.N.B.A.)”.
He was Principal Investigator in several multicentre international clinical trials, most of them of registry, focusing on lung, breast, pancreas & prostate cancers, anemia & CINV.
Dr Igor Genkin
Dr Igor Genkin attended medical school in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. Subsequently he trained in Internal Medicine at Mt. Sinai in New York followed by oncology and haematology training at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He is currently certified by American Board of Internal Medicine as a specialist. While in clinical practice in Greater New York area, his professional interests are hard-to-treat tumours and personalised oncology.
